Raised Grass Area in Boiling Wells. Muller Road recreational ground to be refurbished to provide upgraded pitches, onsite changing facilities and parking.Facilities
Onsite:
- 2 Multi Use Games Areas (e.g. Tennis Courts), Athletics Facilities (longjump, highjump, shotput circle).
- 1 x U17 football pitch + 1 U15 football pitch, OR running track and cricket pitch (interchangeable over the season).
Offsite:
- 2 x Adult (18+) pitch, 2 x U15 Junior pitches, 1 x U13 pitch.
- Room for 400m athletics track and cricket pitch during summer.
Total Cost:
£1,611,000 or £2,106,000 depending on the extent of pitch rennovation and creation of new facilities.projected PE lessons offsite:

Subsoil contamination at Boiling Wells may lead to higher cost of development. "The development of such an area is high risk and ideally should be avoided".
Development of Muller Road could 'unearth' contamination issues due to previous landfill onsite.
